The recipes on this site are creative concepts. They are not always perfect, but what recipe is? If a recipe calls for one onion, is it a small onion or a big onion? Small example but I believe it makes a relevant point. Cooking is always open to interpretation and I hope, if people take anything from this site, it is to experiment with food and if it doesn't work out EXACTLY as the cook imagined, that is completely normal and next time, maybe we'll try it a slightly different way.
